Top Quality Training at Cosmetic Couture
ALMOST perfect scores of 99.43% and 100% from 44 students for the quality of training at Cosmetic Couture just go to show that they are the best in the business.
That’s the delighted response from CEO Maxine Hopley after student feedback was within 00.57% of perfection from the class of July 2019.
As part of its ongoing commitment to standards, Cosmetic Couture gives all students the opportunity to score a range of categories when they finish their training – the company’s Quality Policy Target Results.
These scores are tested against pre-set targets which aim to achieve a 95% score of good or better in all categories.
In July 44 students filled in the surveys – with AMAZING results.
All 44 students rated the overall course good or better – with 34 rating the course excellent, 8 very good and 2 scored them good.
On the “Quality of Trainer” the results were equally exceptional.
On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, scores were as follows for:
Knowledge of the subject – there were 43 scores of 10 and one 9.
Presentation skills – there were 41 scores of 10 and three 9s.
Variety of techniques used to deliver content – scored 41 tens, one score of 9 and two of 8.
Helpfulness – scored 41 tens, one score of 9 and 2 scores of 8.
The target is to achieve 95% of scores above a 7 – so it’s 100% achieved in July.
On “Programme Content” 99.43% of the scores were that the courses “Mainly” or “Completely” were Helpful, Relevant, Presented at the Right Pace and Pitched at the Right Level. Just one student scored “Partly” to the question was the course relevant to your needs – and she was contacted only to discover that her slight issue was product she needed after the course wasn’t available for a few days!!!
Cosmetic Couture CEO Maxine Hopley said the results show that they have amazing teachers, teaching what students need to know on courses that are relevant to students needs.
She said: “I’d like to pay special tribute to all our teaches who are proving that they are some of the very best in the industry. The results of our surveys started out very, very good but have been getting better and better as we use student feedback to tweek the courses and react to any comments. And I think that shows in the July results.
“To smash all our targets and have almost 100% customer satisfaction is a fabulous feeling and our tutors are rightly proud of the work they do.”
The 44 students in July studied a wide range of courses offered at Cosmetic Couture from foundation and advance fillers and anti-wrinkle to micro-needling and specialist masterclasses and adverse effects.
